Mr. Hall discussed the letter from a member of the Historic Advisory Committee stating objections to the Ordinance.   Mr. Raths advised that there should be no impact on historic integrity because the improvements are in the Township right-of-way in the roadway.

Mr. Zoschak stated that this Ordinance will not affect a resident unless they subdivided their property or changed the use of the property.

Mr. Smith stated that the reasons he is against the Ordinance are that the residents were not informed of the Ordinance and he is not sure everything has been thought through.

Discussion ensued regarding the ordinance and the fact that the residents were not notified, which Mr. Bucco advised was not a legal requirement of the Ordinance.  Mayor DeFillippo stated that residents were notified of many meetings which were held over the last few years.
